    I purchased from BOLDGRID a premium account a few days ago, I would like to ask for a refund and cancel my account at this moment.

    I’m sorry to hear that BoldGrid didn’t work out for you. You can cancel your account from within your BoldGrid Central account by filling out a Premium Support Ticket. Please include the last 4 digits of the card on file so we can process your refund.

    Please cancel my account and send a refund. I’ve requested help to transfer my site from WordPress.org, paid for upgrades and still cannot get site to transfer. I need to cancel this account since I cannot seem to get anything started and am very confused. I am a long time web user and media consultant and cannot make sense out of your site. Sorry this happened.

To start the cancellation/refund process, please submit a Premium Support Ticket through your BoldGrid Central account. Please include the last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase so our Premium Support team can verify account ownership and begin the refund process immediately.
