    Hi,
    I have just upgraded to your pro version via the back end of my website .
    My website has had a critical error and I can no longer access it.
    I have had confirmation of the upgrade from your team with information to paste in the license key but have been thrown out my website and it is no longer visible.

    This is urgent.
    Can you help please?
    I shall see if I can restore my website to an back-up.
