    I cannot log on to BoldGrid admin panel account and it won’t allow me to reset my password either. It is as if the system doesn’t recognize the email that I used to sign up some years ago. Nothing has changed.. same email address that I used. But I keep getting an error message when trying to log in and no way to reset the password.

    While BoldGrid makes the software that runs your website, we don’t have any access to your site or the ability to reset your password.

    Since you’re using InMotion Hosting, one of our Platinum WordPress Hosting Partners, you can reach out to their 24/7 Support team to get help resetting your password and to determine the email address for your account.

    We also have a resource with 5 different ways you can reset your password.
