I have a website with the Grid One theme. I need to edit the contact icons that appear throughout below my page title, but nothing happens when I click the pencil icon. They don’t appear in the widgets area. This happens in Chrome and Safari.

Thank you for contacting us about issues editing contact icons. Since social media icons can often be within menus in BoldGrid, try going to the Customizer then Menus. Here is a helpful link to our guide on working with Menus in BoldGrid. If your problems persist I recommend disabling non-BoldGrid related plugins, and enabling debugging. This may provide a more specific error message.
