I posted this under review by error, just found the question help, sorry. The issue is Save on Customize. Its not showing up to allow make changes. I’m using Grid One themeHello,
When using the customizer you should have a blue button that says Publish on the upper right-hand side of the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Thanks, no it’s missing, just blank, x on the left to leave and nothing to the right. I’ll have to check with hosting see if have any ideas. Tried browser changes etc. Will keep searching for answers.
As this is not there, just an x to exit in top rectangle box, where save should be, only blank. Is it possible that once changes are done in Grid One Theme such as input image gallery, font change and background colour change, that it is no longer possible to make any design changes?
Hi, Elli. Regarding design changes, it is always possible to make changes. If you are unable to make changes then something is wrong.
If buttons are not rendering properly then there may be an environmental issue. For example, a bug in WordPress or BoldGrid. I suggest enabling WordPress debug mode to see if it generates an error with more information (if your site is a test site and not currently live).
