I regret to hear you are having trouble fetching theme in Inspirations but thank you for letting us know. It’s possible you are using an older version of BoldGrid. You can upgrade to the newest version here.

i have the free boldgrid editor linked as a plugin on WordPress. The boldgrid version is 1.3 which appears to be the latest version

you basically follow the instructions on your website which has manually downloaded your plugin.that’s all ok but when i click on the inspiration tab it loads the filters up but has no thumbnail graphics for us to choose.it just states fetching themes and doesn’t go any further.
we cannot go any further with this product
We have noticed that this problem can occur in older versions of the Chrome browser. If you use Chrome, make sure to upgrade to the newest version. Or, you can try fetching themes in Firefox.
