Hi, we received some feedback from our customers on our eCommerce store.
It seem like there are certain customer are experiencing some issue with the Add To Cart button. It keep loading and unable to proceed to Checkout.
However this issue only applicable to certain customers and some of other customer did not encounter this problem.
Please advice

The fact that the issue occurs sporadically and not to all users suggests that the problem is not specifically related to the W3 Total Cache. I’ve tested this on your website and I have not experienced an issue as you described.
Can you please temporarily disable W3 Total Cache and let me know if the problem keeps persisting?
