I need your help please with: Invoice

Billed On 14 Sep 2025
Terms On-Receipt
Due On 14 Sep 2025I was billed for this recurring subscription, yet cannot find the plugin on any live sites on our server.
It also doesn’t show in my account section for Boldgrid and I have no payment method showing.Can you tell me the associated site AND cancel the subscription please, as the customer may have moved away from us.
