    I was charged $99 on a credit card ending 3309 on April 15 by W3 Edge LLC and am not sure why this was charged. I need this removed and confirmed that I will not be charged again. Can someone please confirm this?

    When the W3 Total Cache Pro was purchased and when you subscribed to the Pro version, you accepted the terms and conditions, specifically section 12.2 Automatic Renewal of Premium Subscription Plans https://www.w3-edge.com/policies/.
    The ” Renewal Reminder ” email was sent to the email address used to subscribe to W3 Total Cache Pro, one week prior to the renewal of the license on Apr 1, 2025 12:22 AM EDT
    . This email has a link to manage your subscription, and you were able to cancel the upcoming renewal.

    Do you want me to cancel any further renewals of the subscription?

    I would like you to cancel any future renewals and provide two items:
    1. Receipt of this charge
    2. Which email is linked to this account?

    I have not received anything but I was charged. What email do you have on file?

    Please send everything that you sent that email to my email.

    I would happily send this request via a private channel, but can’t find that option on your website. I would like to get this resolved asap.
