GuestDear W3 Edge Team,
We have recently purchased two separate 2-Site Licenses for the W3 Total Cache plugin, each intended for a different website. We have received the license codes via email, which is great.
However, upon logging into our account, we do not see these plugin licenses listed or associated with our account. This raises some concerns regarding the renewal process after one year. Specifically, we would like to understand how renewal and future payments will be handled if the licenses are not visible within our account dashboard.
Could you please clarify how we can manage or view our active licenses and what the renewal process will look like when the time comes?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards, LoyaltyPlant

KeymasterHello Max,
Thank you for reaching out, and I am happy to help!
Since this is a public forum, and I would not advise sharing any sensitive info, can you please reach out directly to us via the W3 Total Cache support channel in the plugin in Performance>Support>Billing, and provide the information about your subscriptions so we can share all necessary information
The W3 Total Cache is a part of Boldgrid; however, due to the number of users and the history it has, it has its own license management system and account management.
You should have received everything in the email you used for subscription, so please check your email and reach out to us directlyThank you!
