I am trying to get my core web vitals passed on google. Getting W3 total cache pro was hopefully going to help me achieve this but ( as one of the problems was unused CSS and java). But it’s still failing. I can’t find a contact button anywhere on your site? Can you please contact me so i can organise a refund? Or get help with my core web vitals? Thanks

And also, make sure to eliminate render-blocking CSS and JS

Have you configured the W3 Total Cache plugin accordingly?

Thanks for your response.
I have followed the instructions to configure W3 Total Cache but i am stil getting some problems with render blocking requests and unused css and java. I also did the preload of main image like you suggested – thanks for that.

Also the plugin is now causing issues where popups (menu, newsletter etc) aren’t working. This wasn’t a problem when.i first installed w3 total cache – has happened in the last week. I disabled the plugin and site is fine again. Is there a setting i have changed to make this issue occur?

Hello Kaula,

Can you please disable minify in Perfirmance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists?
If the issue is gone, re-enable minify, and disable the settings in Performance>minify one by one (HTML minify, JS minify, CSS minify) and see which one might be causing the issue.
Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after each option is disabled.
