When i click on ciro theme customize it does not load it just stay loading page but when i disable ciro premium plugin. Customize is working and loading.
How do i solve this issue

We had a similar issue some months back and taking a look at the topic, it seems they were able to resolve this by temporarily removing all custom Crio headers/footers. There are some other useful troubleshooting bits in the linked thread as well.
