This is crazy! I’m trying to reset the password for my acct and it leads me to a website that doesn’t allow to even type in a new password. Now I have to wait for help? I tried three different search engines.

When you fill out the “Forgot Password” form on your site, you should receive the email with the password reset link pretty quickly. Double-check you spam folder, because they do often land there.
