    I’ve had a website up for over a year with no problems at all.  Today when I tried to log-in to make some changes, I got the message that there is no registered user with this email address.  My website is till up, but I can’t access it.

    Hi, Steve.

    I’m sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with logging into your BoldGrid website. What is the domain that you are hosting your BoldGrid site on? Also, how did you install BoldGrid?

    I may be able to review this further for you if you can respond back with those details. Otherwise, I recommend contacting your host to see if they are able to dig deeper into the server hosting your site, to find the pertinent information to assist you fully.
