Hello,
I have an issue on my website that I cannot figure out how to fix, and the support at Inmotion Hosting support cannot figure out either. I use Boldgrid for my website. When viewing my website (any page of it) on a dektop, it appears fine. When viewing the website in mobile view, all of my images are duplicated. I’ve tried removing and replacing the images, no luck.

Thanks for reaching out with your BoldGrid Post and Page Builder questions.
Just inspecting your site it looks like you might have added images using the responsive utilities in Post and Page Builder displaying content that is only set to mobile.
What you should do in this case is visit your page in the page editor and switch to the “mobile device view” to view your page/post in a mobile display.
You should see the duplicate content when you view your page this way. What you should do is remove any duplicate content or “hide” the content using the responsive utilities in Post and page builder.
I hope this helps Michael, Please let us know if we can assist you further with this!

February 14, 2023 at 12:19 pm #79299Michael ParnellGuestThank you Brandon, but when I use the Post and Page Builder editor and choose “Phone View” it doesn’t show the duplicate images. It doesn’t in Phone View or Desktop View. But, when I just look at my website on my cell and select “Switch to Mobile Version” that’s when the duplicate images appear on the pages. If I look at the web pages on my cell in “Desktop Version” they are not duplicated, only when using the mobile version. Any other possibilities or ideas?
Thank you!February 14, 2023 at 2:00 pm #79374Brandon CKeymasterThanks for checking that out for us Michael,
We did some further digging and I’m noticing you’re using a separate mobile setup for your site. This could be the source of your duplicate content.
I also noticed a lazy load feature, likely tied to your JetPack plugin configuration. Try temporarily deactivating this feature or Jetpack completely then test the site to see if it resolves your issue.
We look forward to hearing from you Michael.
February 14, 2023 at 2:49 pm #79381Michael ParnellGuestOutstanding! I’ll disable Jetpack and check it now. As for the separate mobile setup, I have no idea where that would be or how to change/delete it. Point me in the direction?
February 14, 2023 at 2:53 pm #79388Brandon CKeymasterThanks Michael,
If you send over your plugin list we can inspect and try to see if we can tell where that mobile setup is being generated. You can just visit your plugin dashboard copy all the plugins you there and paste it into the thread here.
My guess is it could also be coming from by JetPack as well so let’s at least give that a temporary deactivation then circle back to this.
Thanks a lot for working with us through this Michael!
