All of the backups I have created with TotalUpkeep are empty – there are neither files nor a database backup when I inspect them in the TotalUpkeep zip. However, when I open the zip there are some files there – a different amount in each backup. My site is over a Gb in size, but the backups vary in size from 2Mb – 60Mb.

I guess the process is failing. But why? What can I check?

    Hi Andy-

Sorry to hear about the trouble, we’ll be happy to help you find out what’s going on. The first thing to check is your backup logs.

Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look at your logs titled archive-XXXXX.log.

If you can reply back with the log from one of your failed backups, we’ll be able to dig into this for you.
