I am using BoldGrid inspiration Primas and the BoldGrid Post & Page Builder.  When I add a featured image and then click to update post, once the page reloads the image is gone.  I have tried it on my own post as well as the default ones that generated with the site.  I have tried to find some settings regarding lazy image loader mentioned in similar forum questions from years prior, but I think the menus have changed.  I don’t have Jetpack or any other non BoldGrid plugins installed besides HealthCheck, which found no errors.  Any ideas of how to get my feature images to really save?

    Hi Karen-

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, you’ve found a bug for us. In order to fix it until our developers have released an update, you’ll need to revert to the previous version of Primas.

Luckily, if you’re running WordPress 5.5, it’s much easier to revert to a previous theme than it used to be. Follow these steps:

    1. Download Primas 1.24.9 from this link
    2. Navigate to Customize > Change Themes and click Add New Theme
    3. Click Upload Theme and drag the .zip file you downloaded in step one to the Choose File box
    4. WordPress will warn you that you’re uploading and older version of your current theme. Click Replace current with uploaded

I’ll update you here as soon as our developers have released a fix for the bug.
