On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, I purchased a subscription license for your W3 Total Cache Pro plugin.
After conducting several performance tests, I found that the plugin did not significantly improve my website’s performance, as it was already well optimized.
I kindly requested a refund. I initially submitted this request by following the instructions provided on June 9, 2025, via the forum thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/refund-117/. However, I have yet to receive refund.
This is now my second follow-up regarding this matter. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
