I just upgraded to your pro license and enabled the Genesis Framework by StudioPress. Unfortunately when I did it broke the site “There has been a critical error on this website.” When I disable the extension it works again. Is there a workaround here or a setting I need to enable?

    Hi Timothy-

Thanks for reaching out, I’m very sorry to hear about the critical error. Were you able to get the error message so we can look into this for you?

There are a couple of places to look. First, WordPress will send an email to the administrator account of the website with the text of the error message. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as well.

If you can’t find that email, you can also check your server’s error logs for the message. Your hosting company may be able to assist finding that message.

Finally, as a Pro user, don’t forget about your premium support option in the Performance > Support menu of your site, our techs will be able to take a closer look and help you get up and running.
