    I am having issues connecting to S3 and I’d like support getting S3 backups configured. The issue is that I am being told my access key and / or secret key are incorrect- however I am fairly experienced with this and I’ve regenerated the keys multiple times to double check that they are correct. I am thinking this might be a bug with Total upkeep and I am seeking support

    Hi Frederico,

    I’m sorry to hear your having issues uploading Total Upkeep backups to Amazon S3. I’m guessing this is your first time setting this up as well. You might gain some insight from following our guide on uploading backups to S3.

    Please review the guide and let us know if we you still need our assistance in troubleshooting this after doing so.
