I have issues downloading my backup, it goes up to like 15% and doesn’t allow me to finish it. It says check internet connection and i am pretty sure the internet connection is good all the time, because i check it constantly while it’s downloading.

Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
Try using the Get Download Link option, and copy and paste the link into your browser, and the download should start.
If that is what you are doing and doesn’t complete, your site may be timing out or the backup might exceed the max filesize allowed. If that’s the case, try using your host’s file manager or FTP to download your backup file.
