Hello, I need your help. I’m trying to manage the cost of a credit card for a payment that you make for a service on the website http://www.uip.edu.pa. I haven’t been able to deactivate the service because it is being charged monthly, and we no longer want to use it.

If you are referring to the W3 Total Cache Pro license, it’s a yearly subscription and it’s not being charged monthly.
