    Hello,

I have a problem with my sliders on my website.

I’m just creating my website for few days now, I implemented sliders, and everything was fine.
Sliders are square format and most of my pictures were not, but everything was cropped so it was perfect.

Then, suddenly, all sliders on all my pages have the same issue : all pictures are displayed on original format, like if they were not cropped (I did check “force aspect ratio”). Same applied to my gallery.

    Here is an example :

(don’t mind the menu display, it’s not finished yet)

I guess I could fix it by replacing all my images, checking again “force aspect ratio” and update everything.
But I would like to know if there is an easier way to do it and moreover, I’m worried to change it just to see it happen again in 2 days.

I didn’t edit these pages, I didn’t do anything to my gallery, etc. So I would like to know what do you think the issue is.

    Hi Lucas,

Thank you for your question and thank you for using Crio Pro WordPress Theme!

So when we’re working with images there’s only so much that WordPress or any Page Builder can do. Ultimately it’s up to us humans to manually resize the images the to properly scale to the elements format.

The best fix is to properly resize the images in the image editor of your choice and re-upload them with the correct dimensions. You could try removing the images and re-cropping them as they are but I’m afraid you might run into the same issues later on.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you for the reply,

I thought that it might have been a recurring problem with boldgrid but as I understand, it doesn’t.
I will crop images one by one then.

    Thanks for your help
