How can I get past error to view inspirations?

I go to view inspirations, but the content never loads. Always getting error “There was an error fetching categories. Please try again later in a few minutes.”

I’ve been waiting these few minutes for 3 days now. Please advise.

Apologies for the problem with viewing the Inspirations provided with your BoldGrid installation. In order for us to troubleshoot it, can you please give us the domain name you are using. If you have an account with us, then we can try to see what’s causing the problem.
