Is there a way to add a comments area to a page?
I have tried Edit Page>Screen Options>Checkmark both Discussions and Comments
Scroll down to Discussions
Check both Allow Comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page
Update.
No comment field appears on the page.

Thank you for your question about adding comments to pages. I was able to replicate this issue. I notified our development team, and it looks like there is an issue with the comment form appearing correctly on pages. At the moment, you can still enable comments for posts. I will update this thread with further information. Thank you for letting us know!
