Thank you for your question on the menu boxes. It sounds as if you are saying you have the orange drag handle for the element, but are not showing any blue drag handle(for column) or yellow drag handle (for row).
I did test on a blank page and added text, but it creates all three drag handles.
Is this from a gridblock template? or did you start with a blank page? Can you provide any steps on exactly what you did to get to the point you are at? We would need to be able to duplicate in order to advise.
If you don’t have all of the drag handles within the editor, it may be because the page you’re editing doesn’t have the code for rows and columns in it. When you create a page from gridblocks those rows and columns are included by default, but sometimes they may be missing if you’re creating a new page starting from a blank page.
The latest version of the BoldGrid Editor actually resolves the issue you’re describing. I recommend that you upgrade your plugins.
I have a text box on my page that only has the orange dropdown menu. It has no yellow or blue dropdowns and has no dragboxes to change the size of the box. I can’t figure out why this box is like this.
