    Simply how does one change the background graphic in a Wprdpess inspirations theme? It does not seem logical that the background graphic is permanent for a theme!/

    Please advise

    Hi Sixto,

    Thanks so much for reaching out and thank you for using Crio Pro WordPress theme!

    The Inspirations plugin is only for site deployment purposes so you wouldn’t change the background there. Your global background elements can be changed in the WordPress customizer. The Crio customizer allows you to control many aspects of your sites design directly from that dashboard.

    You can also use the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder to fine tune background elements on specific pages.

    I hope this helps. Please let us know if there’s anything else that we can answer for you.

    Thanks for all the information. however, now I have a problem with just “working on a theme” before publishing it. Seems that when I preview themes in order to work on them one has to activate them and then they get published. I placed the editors on Draft and that does not seem to work.

    Now I am having trouble taking down, or unplishing what is on my website which is a theme that I was previewing!

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sixto,

    I think this new problem may have something to do with the premium connect key issue we answered for you here. I see that you’re still using the Crio theme so I’m assuming it’s still serving one of your older inspirations.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance with this. We’re here to help!

    And btw. I just discovered that no matter what theme I bring up to work on, the one that is published that theme, overrides any theme that i want to work on.

    For example If i bring up another theme, the title and information show up in the editor, however, what comes up is the same website template that I previously check out and i now published on my site. It overrides any theme I bring up to work on, again although the information on the editor such as Active name theme has changed…

    Thanks for all the help to date. Seems that I try to look for things using the search etc, yet the exact answers or situations in the Forums don’t add up.

    My issue that I am trying to resolve. When you click on the about me or the contact us menu items it take to the specific page. All good, however i do not want the block to have the title of the page when one surfs there. I want it to just show the About us or Contact us page, with no title. How do I have that block not appear? I do not see the title block on the Contact us page, just the information. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing to not have the titles of the pages show up when one clicks to go to the page?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Sixto!

    I apologize for the confusion. If you simply need to remove the “Page Titles” in your content you can do that with a bit of custom CSS. Just navigate to your WordPress customizer Appearance < Customize < CSS/JS editor and add the code below to the CSS Editor:

    .page-header-wrapper .page-header .featured-imgage-header {
        padding-left: 20px;
        padding-right: 20px;
        display: none;
    }

    I hope this helps Sixto!

    Hey Sixto,

    For your last question, if I’m understanding you correctly you want to link the “Services” box on your homepage to a new page or post titled “Innovation”. That can be accomplished using the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder to “edit” your page and add in a new link.

    What you should do is open your page in the Post and Page Builder “editor” and click the “Services” icon or text. When you do, you’ll see some options appear. Click the “Pencil” icon to add in the URL of the page or post you would like to link to.

    Please don’t hesitate to reach back out if you have more questions for us Sixto! We’re always here to help!

    Thanks for everything. All good so far.

    Today however, the editor keeps hanging up. Is this an issue with a setting for the editor in WordPress? Dont think it would be a server issue? I have to reload the page and I lose my changes. When making changes the orange Blindpost icon just hovers in the middle.

    Plase advise,

    Hi Sixto,

    Sorry you’re having issues with your BoldGrid Post and Page Builder editor. Are you getting an error message of any kind along with the timeout? If so could you please copy/paste it into the thread here?

    Hello,

    Another question, since I have followed one Forum post yet that did not resolve my issue.

    The site title on the home page although it displays the correct font size in the editor, (i placed the px next to the font aize) when I publish the page live, it does not chane the font size on the Home page, it is being overidding somehow and comes out in a much larger font size. All the othe pages however, have the correct font size.

    What is the resolution/

    Huge problem for me…. How does one change themes without losing changes made to the original theme? And how does one change back to the theme? I had a theme in Crio, almost done, and I went to view out of curiosity another websites Elementor’s themes, it installed the Elementor theme and now my Crio them is gone and so i the Menu Option in my Word PRess menu options?

    What do i do?
