Clicking on the link “Don’t have a Connect Key yet or lost your Key?” after activating the plugin on a new install does nothing. I’m not taken to the page to input my name, etc. as outlined in other support documents.

Have you tried re-installing? What version of BoldGrid were you able to download? What version of WordPress are you using? What PHP version are you using?
