I am still having trouble getting my webpage to update properly. The active site in BoldGrid is not the same as the actual site when I try to visit it. I’ve tried clearing the cache on my computer and checking the website at geopeeker.com. One change in particular that you could use to verify this is the email link at the bottom of the homepage; in BoldGrid the link is active, but on the actual site the link is not.

If you need to log into my account, my username is ****** and my password is *********.

If I need to reinstall BoldGrid, please let me know the best way to back up what I have created so far.

    Thank you very much,

    Amy McCord

    Hello Amy,

Thanks for submitting a question about publishing your site. Before re-installing, you may want to try submitting a support request via BoldGrid Central since your issue appears to be unique to your installation. If a trained BoldGrid technician is able to test and replicate the issue they may suggest re-installing as an option, but it’s best to be sure.

(Please note this is a public forum, and you would be best advised to refrain from sharing your username and password for your WordPress site.)

    Best,

    Christopher M.
