How Do I Link a Category List to Content?

I have created a blog page and have done categories for my blog posts. When i go to my blog page and click on the Categories widget drop downs (for posts relating to the designated category) I get an error message that the page is not found.

Hello Shauna,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your category link for your blog. Unfortunately, without any specific examples of the site or themes/plugins involved, I cannot give any direction. I am unable to duplicate the behavior on my own site.
