I’m building my website for the first time. I want to make my current page I’m working on in BoldGrid public and then finish modifying it later. In the customization section I clicked “save and publish”, but when I open a new browser and go to my domain address, there’s nothing there. How do I make my website go public?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. If you are seeing an older version of your site when you visit it,  you may have to clear your browser cache.

Check that your DNS is correctly pointed to your web host. For example, you should point to their “nameservers” and ensure the ‘A record’ points to your accounts IP address. Your host should be able to help you verify this.

If this is a newly registered website or you made DNS changes recently it can take up to 24 hours to update globally. You can begin working immediately with a “hosts file modification” that points your URL to your server’s IP address.

    Thank you,

    John-Paul
