(As a note, this is my first website and it’s in the early stages) I’ve tried everything I’ve been able to find on the internet to no avail. I just cannot get the Woocommerce Primary Sidebar to appear on the left side of the shop page. When using Design>Blog>Blog Page>Sidebar, I am able to utilize the “no sidebar” option to remove it, but using “Left Sidebar” or “Right Sidebar” both make it appear on the right. This isn’t a major design issue on desktop, but using a mobile device, this makes the sidebar widgets appear at the bottom below all the products, which is terrible design. I’ve tried using Code Snippets, utilizing advice and php code from chatGPT to force the sidebar to the left. I’ve tried using CSS code mentioned in online forums. Nothing has worked. I’d prefer to stay away from child themes, as the multiple times I’ve tried to use them have resulted in strange design differences.

I am using the Crio theme with WordPress.

    Hey Jake,

Thanks for reaching out with your Crio Pro WordPress theme!

I think we might have a bug here, I tested and was able to reproduce this same error in my own dev environment. I’ve created a bug ticket on your behalf and it will be addressed as soon as possible by one of our developers. Hopefully they can come up with a quick patch and implement it into an upcoming Crio update.

I’m exploring a possible workaround using custom page headers in Crio so I’ll be sure to reach back out to you here in the thread if I can come up with a quick solution until a more stable patch can be implemented.

Thanks a lot Jake, you can reach back out to us any time for updates!
