I used a Visual Editor footer widget to enter contact information but the phone number is showing up as a link in blue underlined font. I need to unlink this text and change the font color but editing it within the Visual editor box is not changing it on the live site. Within the visual editor box, the font looks exactly like I want it but when I preview the page, the phone number is blue with an underline. how can I change the formatting of the phone number?
Sorry for the problem with the phone number. If you can provide a link so that we can see it, then we can look into the issue in more depth. You should be able to make changes with custom HTML with the footer. Making any changes beyond that would require identifying the associated CSS and then making changes to the CSS.
