We have a PRO license from W3 total cache on our Woocommerce webshop cendo.nl. I accidentally enabled Fragment Cache, but after that I couldn’t disable it and I get this kind of error message:

Backend log: PHP Warning: Incorrect cache engine in /home/xxxxx/domains/cendo.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Cache.php on line 74

Because this caused cron jobs to no longer run and the WordPress admin pages became very slow, I have now deactivated the entire plugin, but that is not desirable.

I would like to hear how we can solve this.

    Hello Erwin,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
You can disable Fragment Caching in W3 Total Cache Performance>Extensions, and click on Deactivate.

As for the PHP warning, make sure that the Caching method is selected for Fragment Cache in Performanc>General settings – Fragment caching.

The second part should not be needed if the Fragment Cache is disabled.
    Thanks!
