I cannot get the bullets that I place onto a page or into a blog post to indent, This is true if I copy/paste or if I use the indent bar on the tool bar. I have looked for help on this topic and just do not see it.

Sorry for the issues with the bullets that you’re trying to add. The best way to make format adjustments when you have no control over the visual editing, is to use the text editor and use code. For example, with your bullets, use HTML inline code. If you can provide a URL for the issue we may be able to look at it in more depth.
