    Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for reaching out with your Total Upkeep questions, although I’m sorry to hear you’re locked out of your website. You’ll need access to your WordPress Dashboard to restore your Total Upkeep backup. You can try resetting your WordPress Password to regain access to the site.

If you’re completely locked out you could wipe the installation and start with a fresh WordPress install, install Total Upkeep then proceed with your restoration. If you go this route you want to be sure that you’re restoring a full Total Upkeep backup (files & folders + full database).

I hope this helps Lorenzo! Please let us know if you have any other questions for us.

    Thanks Lorenzo,

I definitely understand. You do have the option of restoring your Total Upkeep backup using the WordPress Command line. You can follow this guide to learn exactly how to do that.

Thank you Brandon. All Is clear. But i Need some few explanation about PHP. What does It mean “change directories into …folder”. How can i love? Do i have Simply to write the command line? And i have to write only the command or also to write the username and the directory folders with all the sign [~]$. I Need this information also to Restore the last backup: Do i Need to write all the line: user, [folders]$ or only the command? Last question, do i have to write same as written in the guide? Like how do i have to write the username and the folders into []? If you don’t understand please ask me, i apologize but i don’t know so much about PHP.
