How to Set Preferred Audio Files

Hi,

I searched BG/support and there were no posts relating to this.

However, through BG/ Media/ Add New I can upload media, including audio media, to the website.  There are players available through plugins.

Should I follow the support article, or can I just use Media Library and a player plugin?
