I am not able to see any Gridblocks when I try to add a new page or when I click “Add Gridblock” to a page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Boldgrid Editor, de-activated all plugins with no results. When I reached out to my Hosting service, they couldn’t see any problems on their end either. Please help!!!
Hello Chris,
Are you getting any errors when you try and add them? If not I would recommend checking the PHP error log on the server to see if there are any entries there. I would also recommend clearing the cache in your browser or using an incognito or private window to make sure there are no conflicts between any extensions in the browser.
