When i remove/delete your Wp Fastest Cache plugin, it then will crash my site and give me this error ” there has been a critical error on this website” which shut down my whole dashboard and then i have to restore the website. I dont want to report this directly to WordPress that your plugin is causing my site to crash if i remove your plugin. at this point i cannot remove your plugin which is ethically wrong. I attached a screen shot, i need to be able to remove your plugin without your plugin causing my site to crash. let me know how to take care of this before i have to report this to wordpress, thank you

    Hello Andy,

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing any traces of the W3 Total Cache plugin there. You are stating that you cannot remove Wp Fastest Cache so I have to ask if you are referring to your plugin or some other caching solution because Wp Fastest Cache and W3 Total Cache are not the same thing.

    Thanks!

I sent a request to you weeks ago that your plugins is causing my website to crash when I delete your plugin and I still have received a response. I deactivated it but I cannot delete it out because it will cause my website to crash and I have to restore it. It been weeks now and no solutions or response. This is considered a malware that causing my website to crash. And if I can’t remove your plugins then I will have to report you to WordPress for creating a malware plugins that causing my website to crash. I don’t want to notify them but in this case I’m not getting a response and I will have to notify them

If you can’t help me then I need to file a complaint to WordPress, I responded to your email with pictures showing it’s your plug-in and the message that show up when deleting the plugin. Is your plugins some kind of malware that will not let me delete it? Obviously you cannot see it because I deactivated it, I just can’t delete it

    Hello Andy,

As I’ve replied in the previous post, I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing any traces of the W3 Total Cache. You mentioned in your initial message that you cannot remove WP Fastest Cache which is different than W3 Total Cache.
We have not received any email from you, so please reach out directly via the plugin in Performance>Support so we can confirm the issue is related to the W3 Total Cache.
You have multiple layers of caching including Cloudflare, Server-side caching and something called tenweb-speed-optimizer

The W3 Total Cache is the most used and most complete caching solution and it’s not malware by any means.
Please reach out directly to us so we can confirm the problem and remove the plugin for you if the plugin is indeed W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!

Youre going to look really ridiculous when i put out a youtube video of your W3 Total Cache plugin crashing my website when i try to remove it. Especially after denying that you see any trace of it. I already told you that i deactivate it so it will not show up, i just cant delete your plugin because its a malware that would not allow me to delete it or something is fishy going on. I been asking for your help to remove it but all i get is resistance and denial. Im going to give you another month to help me delete your malware plugin. if you refuse to help me then i will post the video on youtube and send a copy to wordpress on what your W3 Total Cache is doing to my website. This is fairly simple, all i want is to be able to delete out your plugin but you will not help me do it, that alone is fishy. I emailed you screen shots of your plugins still in my dashboard and no response but just denial after denial… once again obviously your plugin is not showing up because its deactivated, i just cant delete the plugin

ill give you a month, if you dont want to help me delete it then im going to have to show everyone what is going on with your plugin, at this point i really question the ethics behind it

You keep on saying that you do not see a trace of it. I can you post a video on youtube showing your plugin and then clicking on the delete and it will show everyone that it will display There has been a critical error on this website”

I sent you multiple screen shot of you plugin in my dashboard and you still deny it. Youre lucky i cant post picture on here> im going to give you a chance to fix. i been asking for you to remove your plugin from my dash board for over a month now. Next step is post it on youtube and then dispute this with wordpress. I have proof. I can give access to wordpress and then can delete and see that your malware plugin will cause this error There has been a critical error on this website.

I cant believe i have to go through all this to remove your plugin

    Hello Andy,

First of all, I am very sorry about any inconvenience you may have with the W3 Total Cache plugin.
I must assure you that our plugin which has 1.6 million active installations is not any kind of malware, and I was confused by your question because you mentioned the Wp Fastest Cache plugin in the initial post.
I must also state that we have not received any emails or screenshots from you, regarding this issue or anything else.
You can always reach out directly to us using the website contact from https://www.w3-edge.com/contact/
Provide the details there and we will be more than happy to help you remove the plugin.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve checked your website and I can see that you have multiple layers of caching so there is a chance of a conflict with the rules added to the .htaccess file, and possibly something was cached on a server level or Cloudflare, especially if you have integrated the Cloudflare with the W3 Total Cache.
You can always upload the images to imgur.com and share the images here, but please reach out directly to us via the link provided https://www.w3-edge.com/contact/ and share the information there.
Pleas let me know here when you send an email.

    Thanks!
