I was trying to download a backup file to upload to godaddy. Some error existed in the backup directory so I tried to troubleshoot. The trouble shoot did not work, I changed the backup directory to something from the trouble shoot for the reason I could not backup. Now the site is inactive and I cannot access it even through boldgrid central. How do I bring back my site? Whenever I go on the former published site and try to use that backup directory that I changed to, it always sends me to an “inactive site”.

    Hello!

Thanks for posting your question regarding the changes you made to the backup directory causing your site to become inactive. I’m sorry to see this is happening to you. Unfortunately, it’s unclear as to what changes you made that caused this issue. Further, this does not seem to be a common issue that I am aware of. I would need the additional details below to help determine a resolution and replicate what changes you made:

What changes you made to troubleshoot the backup directory.
    Where the changes were made
The version of any/all BoldGrid plugins and WordPress you are running
A list of the plugins you are using in tandem with BoldGrid

With these details, we may be able to further assist you. However, depending on the severity you may need to restore a functional backup from a time prior to the changes you made.
