    Your plugin consistently crashed my site. After removal everything worked seamlessly. I do not want to continue my subscription or be charged again for the plugin. Thank you.

    Can you please share more details about the issues you were experiencing so we can assist you with the configuration? I can see on the website you provided that you are using some other plugin that has limited options and caching methods, and I was wondering which options were enabled in the W3 Total Cache?
    I do not see any subscriptions associated with your name, website or email, so can you please provide more information about the subscription?

    Marko…thanks for the followup. I think I had your plugin confused with another (Wordfence.com) that is a paid service for ~$79 annually. I must have been using the free version of your program. The problem I was experiencing was I would make changes to my site and all would seem to be working fine in multiple browsers and then, after a few days, most of the photo links would be broken. I’d reset the cache and the site would again seem to be fine and then a few days later the links would be broken again. The site (www.valleyalive.com) is just a little travel site my wife and I maintain using a pretty straightforward Elegant Themes install. But the issue with the broken photo links was frustrating. Probably my inexperience with the overall caching options. I did try to adjust the caching but I wasn’t able to make it work for me.

    I understand your frustration; however, this may be just a small tweak in the settings, depending on the settings you have enabled in the W3 Total Cache.
    I can see that you are using some other optimization solution at the moment.
    Would you like us to assist you with the issue you are having and the W3 Total Cache?

    No problem. I’m happy with the site as it is now working consistently. As I work on additional sites I’ll be sure to give you a try…with some advice about how best to use your plugin. Thanks!
