Hi, I need some assistance switching emails linked to my account. I had forgotten what email was linked to my boldgrid so I first attempted to log in with firstname.lastname@example.org and when I was prompted to set up an account, I realized this was the wrong email and I tried to sign in with my other email email@example.com — this worked. But now, I’d like to change the emails associated with my account. When I go into settings and try to add firstname.lastname@example.org, I’m told that I cannot because “This email address already exists.” So I need to eliminate the email@example.com account and add that email to the firstname.lastname@example.org account please.
