I have installed PRO and I’m not happy with the speed yet. I first tried using Amazon CloudFront CDN, and since it didn’t seem to help much I paid for StackPath CDN. Still not that good.

I paid for support earlier today via the W3 plugin’s payment page.  No one has contacted me yet. Now what ? Does someone do a screen share with me to see why my website is still slow? Look at my settings?  Help?

    Hi Mark-

Our premium support team is globally distributed, so you’ll hear from them as soon as they get back into the office.

Generally speaking, a total timeframe of 24-48 hours is expected before we’ve got you all set. Here’s what you can expect:

    1. We’ll reach out and ask you to set up a login on your site so we can check out your settings.
    2. We’ll make any tweaks needed to make sure that your Theme, Plugins, CDN, and Server configuration are all working at optimal speed.
    3. We’ll provide you with a detailed explanation of all the steps we took to optimize your site, and suggestions for any further steps you should take.
