Hi tattitudesbodyart,

Support is offered here via questions like you’ve posted. Depending on who you host with, they may offer support as well. Web Hosting Hub and InMotion Hosting, which are both approved hosts offer support for BoldGrid to their customers via their respective support departments.

Short of that, in this Question and Answer section, we typically respond within the hour during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm EDT). We’re happy to help you, so feel free to ask any questions you may have.

I have watched the tutorial for header& footer. There is no matching area on my customiser page. I cant change the footer to read my info, it says error duplicate. How do I fix this
