    I recently received a notice indicating that my W3 Total Cache Pro – Single Installation subscription is set to renew automatically on August 5, 2025. However, when I check my account, it displays the message “No Subscriptions Found,” and I previously removed all personal and payment information from my profile to avoid any automatic charges.

    This suggests that you may still have account information associated with my subscription, even though I am unable to view or manage it from the dashboard. I’ve already submitted a cancellation request via email, but I would like to confirm through this channel that no charge or renewal will take place, as I am not using the license and do not wish to continue with the service.

    I truly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and confirming that the subscription has been properly canceled.
