Hello,
We are using an Events Program, that displays our upcoming events. If people Click on the Event it pops-up an info box that displays info and graphics or photos if they are used.
It works perfectly. We recently started using your W3 Total Cache Plugin and we noticed that when we click on the events and the pop-up info box opens, it displays any info there but does not display the graphics or photos.
If we deactivate the W3 Total Cache Plugin, the graphics or photos are displayed, If we again activate the W3 Total Cache Plugin, they Do Not Display again.
Do you know of any reasons that something like this would happen?

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
This depends on which settings you have enabled in W3 Total Cache General settings. However, since the issue is with image loading on a pop-up, most likely it’s related to the Lazyload option.
Can you please go to Perfrormance>General settings, scroll down to the User Experience section and disable Lazyload option, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists?
