Rank Math not working after Mega Menus update 3 weeks ago. If is deactivate Crio premium Rank Math works again. If I leave Crio Premium deactivated I loose my header and menus.

We tried replicating your issue with Rank Math and Crio Premium activated on our end but it looks like everything is still functioning properly.
Can you give us some more details on the issue in Rank Math? Are you completely loosing functionality or is it just in a specific area? If you’re receiving an error message of any sort it would really help if you could send that over to us.

The best I can tell is Rank Math is still working. But it does not open when I’m editing a post or page. When I’m working on a wider screen, I can see the Rank Math Content AI box in the right side bar but the drop down doesn’t open and I see the Rank Math SEO bar below the post and same situation it will not open. In both cases when I hit the drop down arrow the lower border on the box seems to expand slightly almost like a dual boarder line appears on the box but no visible information.
There are no error messages.
When I deactivate Crio Premium Rank Math comes back and all the information that was there before is still there. Activate Crio Premium again and Rank Math goes away.Thanks Jim,
I think this is a UI matter, on wider screens the Rank Math SEO section will slide below the content so if you scroll down a bit on your page you should still see it there.

Nope, it doesn’t help.
Below the content is where I usually find Rank Math SEO, Whether I’m on the laptop screen or have the window fairly small on a large screen. The Rank Math SEO section was always below the content. The Rank Math Content AI section is in the side bar on the right. On the laptop screen that does move to below the content on a small screen.
Up until the update with Mega Menus came out the drop down arrow would open Rank Math SEO and the drop down arrow for Rank Math Content AI section now neither of them will open their sections.Hi Jim, thanks for clarifying.
I’m testing in one our dev environments and I’m still unable to replicate that. The arrow drop-down options in both places are functioning properly for me with Crio Premium and Rank Math SEO activated.
Can you verify that your BoldGrid Post and Page Builder plugin, Crio theme, and WordPress are all up to date.

Could you send us a screenshot using ImgBB so that we can have a look at exactly what you’re dealing with? I’m sorry we’re just having a hard time replicating your issue even with Mega Menus activated.
It would also be a great help if you could inspect your browser console for any errors. You can send a screenshot those errors as well if any are present.
Brandon here you go. Screen shots of what plugins I have. Maybe there’s one in there you’ll recognize as a problem.
Screen shot of the Rank Math sections with Crio premium activated, Rank Math isn’t open and with Crio premium Deactivate, Rank Math is open. The arrow that opens them is in the same postion in both shots. I took photos with my phone of what was in the console. One photo of the console was the post where Rank Math is not showing. There are several referenced to uncaught reference error Rank Math analyzer classic js ?ver=1.o.105 not defined. Way beyond me.

Based on the error report and issue like this I’ve seen in the past I would say JetPack or Wordfence is the primary suspect in an issue like this.
Here’s what you should do, deactivate all plugins with the exception of BoldGrid related plugins and Rankmath then clear all cache associated with your website and check to see if it clears up the issue.
If it does, reactivate each of the remaining plugins one by one until you find the problematic one.
I went through the site and deactivated all plugins including Bold Grid post & page and Post & page premium. Also deactivated Rank Math and Rank Math Pro and Crio Premium. Then cleared all cache with W3 Total Casche. Started activation plugins and checking post & Pages. Activated Rank Math SEO and Rank Math Pro then Crio Premium. At this point I lost Rank Math in the post and pages again so I deactivate Rank Math Pro and the Rank Math Sections opened.
So end result with Crio Premium activate and Rank Math Pro activated the Rank Math Sections wouldn’t open. With Crio Premium deactivate and Rank Math Pro activated the sections would open. With Crio Premium Activate and Rank Math Pro deactivated the Rank Math sections open and work as expected. I haven’t purchase Rank Math Pro so don’t have a license for that plugin and not really sure why I had it active. But that seems to have been the problem.
JetPack and WordFence are activated and all seem to be working fine. Think I’ll back this up and leave it alone for a day or so.Thanks for all the help Brandon.

I’m happy to hear you we’re able to find the source of the issue! The Rank Math Pro extension would explain why we weren’t able to replicate the problem.
I’ll see if I can speak with our devs about purchasing a license so that we can inspect the issue directly. I would imagine it’s tied to their premium license key.
