It appears I have a photo pinned to a background which never moves. Maybe that’s the “feature image”? Then, there’s a see-through, transparent portion of the page that reveals more of the photo as you scroll down the page. There are several blocks of text that scroll, too. I’ve tried changing to different themes, thinking that the theme selection was causing this, but the same thing keeps happening with all themes I’ve tried. There must be something in the settings that I’ve selected, but I don’t know how to stop it. All I want is a page with a photo at the top with some content blocks below it and everything scrolls together as you navigate down the page. Please help me understand this. I’m totally new to WordPress and this is very frustrating.

    Thank you.

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with BoldGrid Post and Page Builder. I see that you have the twentynineteen activated right now. Post and Page Builder works best with Crio Pro WordPress theme and I think you would get the most out of your page builder by switching to Crio.

I see that you’re an InMotion Hosting customer! InMotion is our premium partner so you’ll have a premium BoldGrid license that will unlock all necessary functionality in both Crio and Post and Page Builder.

This guide should help you familiarize yourself with working with images in post and page builder. It will show you how to properly add your images and the different options you have.
