I am absolutely disappointed in the premium post and page builder. This comes preloaded with my dreamhost subscription.
Absolutely none of your block elements are mobile ready. What’s going on here?
I would point you to which block I’m using from the library, but every time I go back to the library, it’s run like a carousel and just randomizes what comes up next????
this is the div class (div class=”bg-background-color tmpl-pricing_tables-6 boldgrid-section dynamic-gridblock)
I am a moderate coder and have wasted days of my life trying to fix them, only to give up and try another block element.
Going through your block library is like russian roulette. Will I find a theme that’s worth working on? probably not.
I spent a day trying to figure out why text bled through the page editor and disappeared into an inaccessible area. If I ran a find (command F) it said there were three strings of the same text, but only one displayed.
Drag and drop is utterly useless as it injects itself into the wrong area and breaks the code. I have to go into the text code area for literally every block or section I apply.

    Hi Ean,

Thanks for reaching out, although I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with mobile responsiveness in BoldGrid Post and Page Builder. I definitely understand the frustration, and I appreciate you working with us on this.

Post and Page Builder was built with a mobile first design approach but I think the major issue here is your TwentyTwentyOne WordPress theme which doesn’t have a dedicated Post and Page Buider integration. Post and Page Builder functions best with with BoldGrid themes such as Crio Pro WordPress theme which is also included as a part of your premium package for hosting with our premium partner DreamHost.

Crio is considered a super theme and comes out of the box with over 400 customizable options. It is 100% compatible with Post and Page Builder and I believe that would resolve your issues with mobile responsiveness.

If you decide to switch to over Crio we’ll be right here to help you configure your new theme and review your options.

I hope this helps Ian, again we apologize for the confusion. Please let us know if there’s anything else that we can answer for you!
