Hello,
We are using your plugin on our site. We use memcached on our server. Since installing and configuring we have an error that occurs intermittently. The error is as follows: sometimes when a user clicks a link to page such as mywebsite.com/cool/install that link send them to the page mywebsite.com/install. This occurs when there are multiple users on the site. Is this a known error? Are there instructions that can help resolve the issue?

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
I am not sure how W3 Total Cache would be causing the problem you are describing as this is the first time I see this kind of issue reported. W3 Total Cache does not redirect users to different URLs.
IT would be great if you could share the steps to reproduce this and the website URL or better yet the Short video of the issue occurring.
Does the issue persist if you disable W3 Total Cache temporarily?
ARe you using different domains to access the same content?
